Our story

From B2B sales to AI transformation.

Sales IQ draws on years of B2B sales expertise: Swiss SaaS vendors, industrial SMEs, complex sales cycles. With one simple conviction: commercial performance is built as much through strategy as through tooling.

It's by building Sales IQ Intelligence for our own sales work that one observation became clear: the vast majority of companies have no concrete idea what they can do with AI. Many talk about it, few know where to start.

Sales IQ was created to address that gap. Our core focus: executive AI workshops and custom AI platform development. Sales outsourcing remains available to the selected clients who need it. And Sales IQ Intelligence is published as open source, proof by code of what we know how to build.

A demonstration beats a thousand PowerPoint decks. Sales IQ Intelligence is published as open source. You can inspect our architecture, our code, our approach, before talking to us.

Every project includes documentation, internal team training, code transmission. No residual dependency. You stay owner and autonomous over time.

Fixed-fee per project

No open T&M, no indefinite billing. Firm, binding quote from scoping onwards. You know what you pay before signing.

Paid scoping

Initial scoping is billed and committing. You want serious work from day one, not a pre-sales seminar.

Jules Pochon

EPFL graduate, Jules Pochon operates at the intersection of strategy, technology and B2B sales. After several years structuring sales cycles for Swiss SaaS vendors and industrial SMEs, he founded Sales IQ to address a clear gap in the market: real AI expertise, connected to executive challenges, that delivers code and not slides.

Sales IQ Intelligence, the AI-native platform first built for our own sales work, is now published as open source. It embodies our approach: build for yourself, prove it through actual use, then help other organisations do the same in their own field.

Based in Lausanne, we travel to Paris, across French- and German-speaking Switzerland, in France and across Europe on request. Executive AI workshops and custom AI platform development make up the bulk of our activity.

No. The two offerings are independent. Many clients come directly for a development because they've already identified their business need.
Yes, published on GitHub under a permissive license. The Plug and Play Version is a paid offering for teams who'd rather not host it themselves, same features, in multi-tenant SaaS.
