Legal basis and retention period

Processing is based on your contact request and on our legitimate interest in answering it. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for a maximum of twelve months, unless a contractual relationship exists.

Processors and hosting

Form data is transmitted by Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) and the website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). These providers are chosen for their compliance with Swiss (FADP) and European (GDPR) law.

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@salesiq.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the supervisory authority in your country.
